Tech Article 11/8/11

On Monday, a software glitch in the Internet wonky sounding "Border Gateway Protocol" created a ripple effect that crashed data networks around the world. The outage started with Jupitor Network, which is a company that makes router hardware for large networks.  When those routers crashed, key internet pathways went down into them.  Times Warner Cable suffered a short but widespread blackout.  These problems are very unfortunate.
